We typically get to know the future spouses and the event they are planning, so that we can create a custom designed wedding cake, since personalization is the key to our philosophy.

We offer several flavor combinations (including vegan and dairy or egg free) which can satisfy both traditional and unconventional spouses, as well as different decoration styles… even if you don’t like fondant!

Beside cakes, we can offer a lot of personalized sweets that can enrich your candy bar or create a sweet table: cookies, macarons, cakepops, meringue kisses, cakesicles, mini-cupcakes, lollipops (which can be used as a sweet placeholder too), as well as mini meringue kisses or even flavored sugar for the sweetest wedding favor… and anything your fantasy may suggest!

We first like to meet the couple, and discover the style of the wedding they are dreaming of, the venue they have chosen, and if they are planning their day by themselves or if they make use of a wedding planner.

For this reason we love to spend some time with them, so that we can fully understand their expectations and turn their desires into a custom project.

The work “behind the scenes” starts with the ingredients selection: fresh eggs, stone-ground flour, french top quality butter and cream, Bourbon vanilla pods, scented Colombian chocolate, fresh fruits and berries…

Our passion, along with our pastry knowledge, will turn these little treasures into a soft and fragrant cake, capable of whetting the guests’ appetite.

Once the pastry job is done, we start assembling the cake, and finally we start decorating it.
